Great music month ahead - Monaco, Random Access Memories et cetera

It's been a while. I've been listening some mighty fine game soundtracks and still waiting some killer music album to arrive within month.

Probably, the most hype buzzes around the arriving Daft Punk album - Random Access Memories that broke the winter's ice with a pulsating, good vibes single release Get Lucky. The track has already a great remix community behind it in youtube and soundcloud, and gives a positive glimpse of the upcoming album.

Another big release I'm anxious to get my hands on is the Killing Joke singles collection, 3CD edition, with most of the bone-chilling, back-braking tracks and hits of the 80's tribe mentality.

On the game music side, there's been some nice releases as well. Latest Austin Wintory soundtrack, Monaco, brings old timey tunes back in the today's scene. All of Grant Kirkhope's free releases on Bandcamp this month, Banjo-Kazooie, Banjo-Tooie and Perfect Dark. Two Fez remix albums... Side F and Side Z.

Some other highlights are Power Glove's Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon 80's style soundtrack, David Housden's Thomas was alone and Bioshock Infinite soundtrack.
